There was a misunderstanding on the part of the court reporter. Mr. Herrmann has been hired by the court to do the fact finding that was ordered by the court of appeals, to see if my claims have any merit.
So depending on his research will decide whether I get any type of action. If he decides that there are some unresolved issues, then he will make a note of it and let the court know of his findings and go from there.
In the meantime, I'm just doing this time and waiting for my grandson's arrival. He should be on the scene before too much longer.
